The chaos of Aussie Shore didn’t just make headlines, it turned this luxurious beachfront mansion into one of the wildest homes ever seen on Australian screens – and now it’s for sale ahead of season three.
The absolute waterfront, 5-bedroom house on Hibiscus Lane at Holloways Beach in Cairns was the setting for season one of the Paramount+ MTV reality hit Aussie Shore – the local Shore spin-off that had viewers tuning into hookups and full-blown party carnage.

Set on a huge absolute-waterfront block, the mansion became the beating heart of the show’s madness, with its massive pool, sprawling outdoor spaces and pumped-up interiors providing the perfect stage for late-night dramas, drunken blow-ups and X-rated moments.
The luxury home was given a loud neon makeover for the series, which launched in October 2024 as Australia’s answer to Jersey Shore and Geordie Shore.
The show followed a house full of hard-partying singles thrown together under one roof, with Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby as host.

What unfolded was exactly the sort of headline-grabbing spectacle the franchise is built on — heavy drinking, explicit scenes, toxic feuds and enough on-screen mayhem to trigger immediate backlash.
But amid all the outrage, one detail stood out: the house.

And that house is now for sale with Cairns Leading Real Estate agent Grant Stone.
“The property falls into one of only a handful of luxurious homes offering such a complete, direct rare water front location in the Cairns region,” the listing says.
“No roads, no reserve and no paths in front of you, just complete and uninterrupted 180-degree ocean views over the Coral sea and beyond.”
The property spans 2679sq m with 65m of beach frontage.
Inside features five bedrooms, including a huge master suite with an ensuite and “Hollywood size walk-in robe”.

Bi-fold doors open out to a huge outdoor entertaining area overlooking a massive heated, resort-style lap pool with a shallow swim-out area, a golf driving and putting green, tropical gardens and those ocean views.

There is also an extensive solar system, a 3-car garage with storage and workshop shed, plus a security system.
Season 3 of Aussie Shore returns October 22, this time on the Gold Coast and hosted by new House Boss, mega influencer Tammy Hembrow.

Hembrow is currently trying to sell her lavish Gold Coast mansion after it failed to sell under the hammer at a high-stakes spring auction.
Throughout the marketing campaign, Australia’s reigning social media queen scrapped her previous ban on public open homes.
A “no photography or videography” rule was slapped on the front door, while extra staff monitored the crowd.
